The Site presents publicly-available biographical information (names, birthdates, photographs) about public figures sourced from Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons. We make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy but make no warranty that information is complete or current. If you spot an error, please email us.
Photographs displayed on the Site come from contributors to Wikimedia Commons and are individually licensed — most under a Creative Commons licence, others in the public domain or under other free licences. Terms differ from photograph to photograph, and some require that adapted versions be shared under the same licence. Every photograph has been cropped and re-encoded for the game. The photographer, the exact licence, a link to that licence, and a link to the original file are listed for each photograph on the Credits page, which is the authoritative statement of the terms each image is used under. If you believe an image is being used in violation of its licence, please contact us.
The Who's Older? name, logo, artwork, game design, question logic, roster curation, and original code are the property of Natick Media, LLC, all rights reserved.
This does not extend to the photographs. The photographs on the Site are the work of their respective photographers and are used under their individual licences, as listed on the Credits page. Natick Media, LLC claims no ownership of them, and no rights in them beyond those each licence grants. Nor do we claim ownership of the underlying biographical information about the people shown.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We don't warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information on the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natick Media, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
